Financial Management Information Systems

We assist clients with operation and maintenance of data in various government financial systems: AUTODOC, DTS, ERP, NDE, NHS, PBIS, PRISMS, R-DOCS, SPS and STARS.

Acquisition Management

We assist our clients with the development of the full range of acquisition documentation. We are experts in the latest procurement policies and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

• Development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) Justification and Authority (J&A) and Acquisition Plan (AP)
• Preparation of contract modifications for ECPs and/or Funding
• Tracking deliverables including Contract Data Deliverables Requirements (CDRLs)
• Monitoring labor hours, cost and fee expenditures, and contract ceiling limitations against contract expenditures
